2026 Sunshine Tour Championships Volunteer Sign-up
The Sunshine Tour Championships are nothing without the competitors, horses, stories and effort it takes to get to Hickstead each September.
The team behind the scenes is small but every year we are joined by an army of additional staff, professionals (such as judges and course-builders) and also volunteers who all work incredibly hard to ensure the show is delivered to the high standards expected.
This year is no different, and we ask that if you have any free time (hahaha), spare energy (also hahaha) or perhaps you would like to give back to the grassroots level of equestrian sport then please sign up for some of our volunteer slots in the link below.
We will contact volunteers via email prior to the show regarding specific timings (if not already mentioned), where to go at Hickstead and who to report to. We always look after our volunteers using our in-house catering team, and provide a gift from the team to show our appreciation for your time.
If anyone under the age of 14 wishes to volunteer, we would request that a parent, carer or responsible adult is also volunteering alongside them or remains on the show site for the duration of their session.
For those under 16, we will require permission from a parent or carer and so please provide their name in brackets and their email address.
