Featuring Dressage, Show Jumping, Showing and Eventers Challenges for juniors & seniors, held at the most famous British showground, The All England Jumping Course, Hickstead on 17th-20th September 2026.

Following on from our recent Qualification Amnesty announcement, we'd also like to update our Eventer Challenge competitors.![]()

Due to the significant number of Eventer Challenge, Jump Cross and Arena Eventing class cancellations this season, we are pleased to announce that Hunter Trial results will now be accepted as an additional qualification option for the 2026 Sunshine Tour Championships.![]()

The same qualification criteria apply:![]()

🔸️Competitors must have achieved a 1st–4th placing.![]()

🔸️Results must be submitted for verification and include all of the required information for approval.![]()
![]()
Hunter Trial results dated from 1st January 2026 onwards will be eligible for qualification.

We know that many competitors have found it particularly difficult to qualify this year due to the high number of cancelled registered shows. We are committed to supporting everyone who wants to be part of the Sunshine Tour Championships and have listened carefully to the feedback we've received.![]()

To help as many competitors as possible, we are pleased to announce the following opportunities:![]()

🌟 Registration Amnesty – From 17th July![]()
If you have qualifications that are no longer within the current registration period, we're giving you another chance to register.![]()

We've extended the qualifying period back to 1st January 2026.![]()
![]()
To take advantage of this amnesty, competitors must submit full and complete evidence of their qualification. This must clearly show:![]()

- Showing date![]()
- Venue![]()
- Class information![]()
- Competitor's name![]()
- Horse's name![]()
- Placing achieved![]()
![]()
Unfortunately, any submissions that do not include all of the above information cannot be accepted.![]()

🌟 No Qualifiers in Your Area?![]()
If you live in an area where there have been little or no registered qualifying opportunities but would still love to compete at the Sunshine Tour Championships, we'd love to help.![]()

Please note that this opportunity is intended only for competitors in outlying regions and is not available to those based in Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Kent or Essex.![]()

Seniors - Sometimes we find competitors do not realise we have specific Senior classes, not just Juniors. Senior Show Jumping classes on the Thurs & Fri (with horse & pony sections) can provide a lovely calming introduction to the showground. ![]()
