# 2 If you have applied for a waiting list space – we DEFINITELY have space

As we thought, there’s a lot of bookings taken up in the background with duplicate bookings and failed payments. We are working hard to re-set the booking form to reflect the actual availability. Unfortunately, it’s not as easy as you’d like to think and although I am the entry system geek (in-between dealing with our lovely 70 liveries and my BS course building!), I cannot solve this immediately and have had to ask for help (very annoying for me).

Bottom line – please BE PATIENT and DO NOT PANIC

1. We will notify anyone who has requested a space as soon as the system is re-set and send a dedicated link to complete your booking.

2. We will process (asap) all requests for shuffles in stable bookings for people who have booked the wrong thing.

3. Once waiting list requests have been dealt with, we will re-publish a NEW link to stable bookings. This will include an option for a waiting list request if your chosen stable booking type is full.

4. If you’ve booked classes that you ONLY want to keep IF you can get a stable booking, we will extend the ‘no penalty’ for class withdrawal until THURSDAY 14th AUGUST (and DEFINITLEY NO FURTHER). This will give everyone time to book stables if they want to, and if you can’t get what you want/need you can notify us by email info@sunshinetour.co.uk with the subject heading “Cancel class booking because stable booking not available”.
