Child or Adult or Inbetweener?

Juniors are 16 years and under on 1^st January 2024.

Seniors are over 16 years old on 1^st January 2024.

Inbetweeners (OK, the correct term is Intermediates) were 16 years old on 1^st January 2024, but at the time of the show they are 17 years old.

When does this matter?

Dressage – Juniors can take part in Junior Championships and the other championships.

Show Jumping – juniors take part in Junior Championships; seniors take part in Senior Championships. Intermediates can take part as a junior OR a senior – but you cannot mix & match.

Fun classes, Warm Up classes and Grand Tour are mixed ages.

Eventers Challenge – all classes are mixed ages.

Showing – classes specify if an age restriction applies. Some junior classes may be split due to size.
